Arpan ensures inclusive and holistic quality education support for children through the establishment of Learning Resource Centres, Smart Classrooms, digital literacy and AI-coding programs, BALA (Building as Learning Aid) educational wall paintings, well-equipped libraries, science laboratories, computer labs, and comprehensive education kits.
The initiative strengthens school infrastructure across more than 700 schools, benefiting over 150,000 students through construction, renovation, and the provision of essential academic and institutional facilities. This integrated approach enhances learning outcomes, improves classroom engagement, and creates child-friendly, technology-enabled learning environments.

Strengthening Quality Education

01. Building Capacity of Teachers and School Management Committees (SMCs)

We provide professional development opportunities for teachers and empower SMCs with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage and support their schools.

02. Digital Literacy & AI Coding

Providing digital literacy training covering Scratch programming, foundational concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS). These interventions strengthen student’s computational thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, while also enhancing awareness of cyber safety and responsible digital behavior. 

03. Mainstreaming Drop-Out Children

Arpan actively works to reintegrate drop-out children into the education system, offering essential support and bridge programs to help them catch up on their missed learning. Special emphasis is placed on adolescent girls and young women aged 14–29 who have discontinued their studies. The program facilitates their re-enrolment through the Rajasthan State Open School, enabling them to complete secondary education and improve their access to higher education, skill development, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

04. Bala Program - Child-Friendly Learning

Our Bala Program is dedicated to creating nurturing learning environments through innovative teaching methodologies, interactive learning materials, and child-centered pedagogical approaches.

05. Co-Curricular Activities for Personality Development

In addition to academic instruction, ARPAN encourages co-curricular activities such as sports, arts, and cultural programs to promote personality development and enhance the overall growth of students.

06. Mass Awareness Campaigns to Reduce Drop-Out Rates

We engage in active awareness campaigns to emphasize the importance of education, aiming to reduce drop-out rates and foster parental involvement in their children's learning.

07. Baal Sansad& Baal Samiti

ARPAN promotes student-led governance initiatives through the Children’s Parliament (Baal Sansad) and Children’s Committee (Baal Samiti), empowering students to voice their opinions and participate in decision-making processes.

ARPAN prioritizes the installation of safe drinking water facilities in schools, ensuring students and staffs have access to clean and potable water.

04. Establishment of Computer & Science Laboratories

Well-equipped laboratories encourage hands-on learning experiences, allowing students to engage in practical experiments and scientific exploration.

05. Provision of Playing Equipment and Sports Kits

To promote physical fitness and active participation, ARPAN provides schools with sports equipment and kits.

06. Establishment of Libraries

Libraries within schools cultivate a love for reading and foster intellectual growth among students.

07. Plantation in Schools

We advocate for environmental conservation through plantation drives, raising awareness about the significance of trees and promoting environmental responsibility.

08. Construction and Renovation of school infrastructures

ARPAN improves sanitation facilities in schools by constructing and renovating toilets with proper water supply, ensuring hygienic and accessible sanitation for students and staff, boundary wall, play grounds, construction of additional girls’ common room, kitchen sheds etc.
