"Each of the 17 SDGs has corresponding targets and indicators to help measure progress and generate data to support evidence-based decision-making. Governments need to set their own national targets corresponding to their national contexts and priorities, which should be incorporated into national planning, policies and strategies. Targets and the means for their implementation, therefore, need to be established at the local level. Arpan Programming mainly focused on the localization of SDGs as per the Niti-Aayog Indicators framework and MoPR 9 Sankalp. We are working in relevance to the rural communities and evolving a process of sustainable development which is sensitive to local people."
