🌍 Transforming Lives Through Sustainable Development
At ArpanSevaSansthan, we recognize that effective Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Documentation (MEL&D) are essential components for the success and sustainability of our development initiatives. Our approach integrates robust systems and practices that enhance project implementation and facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Components of Our MEL&D Approach:
01. Comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation
We employ a variety of tailored frameworks to monitor and evaluate our projects efficiently. This ensures that our interventions are on track and aligned with their objectives. Regular assessments allow us to identify areas for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly.
02. Action Learning Cycle
Our commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in our action learning cycle, which integrates field learnings into program design and implementation. By analysing data and feedback from our projects, we can refine our approaches to better serve the communities we work with.
03. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration
We actively engage with like-minded organizations to share learnings and insights, fostering a collaborative environment. This exchange of feedback helps us replicate best practices and enhances the impact of our initiatives.
04. Specialized Studies and Surveys
Our research efforts include conducting detailed studies and surveys that provide valuable insights into various aspects of our focus areas. Notably, we are involved in national-level studies, such as "Strengthening the Participatory Process in Watershed Development Projects in India," utilizing advanced techniques like GIS (Geographical Information Systems) mapping for data analysis.
05. Empanelled National Level Monitor:
ArpanSevaSansthan is proud to be empanelled as a National Level Monitor (Institution) for key ministries, including the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), and the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS). In this capacity, we conduct special monitoring of various rural development schemes, ensuring effective implementation and progress tracking PAN India. Arpan has conducted NLM visits across 12 states, covering 90 districts, 375 blocks, and 785 Gram Panchayats across India.
